Our pansexual, sex-positive play parties are tailored to offer something for everyone. We’ll have separate safe
space for female-identifying and male-identifying encounters. Optionally participate in our BDSM areas that
includes dungeon equipment. The larger play space is for fun social interactions, sexual explorations, light-
volume DJ music, as well as kinky entertainment may entice you. Dungeon space will be quieter for more
relaxed social interactions and BDSM play. Our facility has lockers you can use to store your belongings. Bring
your own lock or purchase one locally for a small fee.
Our party themes will set the mood, but you decide how much to participate. Whether you love costumes,
prefer leather, or enjoy going au naturel, you’re welcome here. To fit into the seasonal mood these are our

We seek to provide Kinktoberfest as an inclusive and affordable option for our community to come together
for learning and play. You’re able to attend one or more days of the event. An all-inclusive ticket was availalbe
that granted entry for all events. Thos who could only attend a particular day had ticketing options available for
what’s best for them.
Advanced ticket sales have ended. Onsite or “At Door” tickets are now available on the days of the
event. Ticket availability is subject to change as the event develops (if we become sold out). We had 162
advanced tickets for the weekend with a projected capacity of 200, so we should be able to fit you in!

Our facility has been a labor of love for the owners. It includes a fun entertaining space, a dungeon space for
more quiet experiences, private rooms, and outdoor locations if you need to smoke or have a cigar experience.
We have space for three separate primary class areas and one outdoor class. We expect about 6500 sq-ft of
space. We have over 6200 sq-ft with the main facility having 5000 sq-ft with an outside space of 1200 sq-ft that
will have multiple tents and an air-conditioned party bus.

We hope you feel comfortable at Kinktoberfest at any experience level, including beginner. However, some of
us want to shine or feel more comfortable attending by having additional experience -before- we attend an
event. You might search online or talk to those who are experienced; however, taking basic classes before an
event is another strategy.
This is because, at many larger kink and BDSM events, including Kinktoberfest, the spotlight often shines on
moderate to advanced skills in their educational classes. While beginners are always welcome, it’s easy to feel a
bit out of place—hesitant to ask simple questions or nervous about showing what you know (or don’t know) in
front of seasoned players. That uncertainty can carry over into personal play, where lack of confidence or
safety concerns can hold you back. This is why basic skill classes are so valuable: they offer a low-pressure,
judgment-free space to learn, practice, and ask anything without fear of embarrassment. By building a solid
foundation first, you’ll not only feel more confident in your own scenes, but you’ll also get far more out of the
advanced classes later.
Beginner classes before Kintoberfest that are available to the public. These classes are about more than tool
skills, they help explain the environment of a scene, safety, and other aspects of having a good time.

Process to Attend
All attendees must be 21+ with government ID and must sign a community behavior agreement and limit of liability. Our goal is to foster trust, safety, and joy—together. All attendance is at the discretion of NM-REAL, Inc. based upon its charter and code of conduct and at the discretion of the facility management. This is an alcohol-free and drug-free event.
Event Run Pins (shown for 2025)

You can optionally purchase event run lapel pins for Kinktoberfest 2025. These are 1.25 inch cost $10 for
two. You can volunteer time to obtain free pins!

Run pins serve as a commemorative piece intended to bring back memories of your experience, bring up
conversations when you meet others. They are often displayed on vests or clothing to let others know of
your experience. These pins have a deeper history in the alternative and leather communities where they
evolved and expanded from markers of club affiliation to commemorative and traded keepsakes.
•
You can put run pins on your Kinktoberfest lanyard! Each ticket-holder receives a quality lanyard you can
use at this and other events in the future!
Expect 60-90 minutes class sessions plus one 3-hour intensive! Our classes will be facilitated by instructors
from across the country and local expertise. We have space for 25-30 classes that we’re coordinating now.
